Last May 8, 2010, my sister-in-law got married. And i get to be the wedding coordinator for it. And come the wedding day, i was the wedding singer, photographer and coordinator. and yeah, i forgot to put make-up on because i was super busy! But it's all good, i like the pressure. lol! So the wedding color motif is pink. I made the invitations using photos from our mini pictorial with the couple at a small park at downtown. We just ordered three plain colored cakes and put them in a cake stand made by my husband then i decorated them. We all helped with the decorations and the give-a ways. My mother-in-law made all the flower arrangements and the bride's bouquet.  We all put the wedding together in just a month! And boy it was such a roller coaster ride for all of us. But it was all worth it!

My Son's 5th birthday pajama party!

My one and only son just turned 5 last April 2nd. We had his birthday party on Easter Sunday, that is on the 8th of April. He really wanted to have a cowboy party, but later on he decided to have a pajama party. So I decided to incorporate the pajama party with the Easter. And yes, all of us have to wear pajamas. lol!
The kids ate pancakes and had fruits, chocolate chips, syrup and chocolate syrup with it. I provided them cookie cutters so they can play with it too.  And after that, they started decorating styro eggs. My husband doesn't want the kids to play with the real eggs. I think it's a good idea too, it's cheaper and they can preserve the painted eggs too. Right after that they started making stuffed animals. That's one of my son's favorite thing to do. Instead of going to the Build-a-Bear station/store, we just bought some boxed kit at Walmart for less. After the activities, we had egg-hunting just inside the house because it's a bit chilly outside. Then they played musical chairs then statue dance. We saved the pinata at the end of the party. And it went really good! I have to give credit to a mom who posted a blog about her daughter's pajama party because that's where i got the ideas for the party. I pretty much copied almost everything about it. (hope you don't mind) Thanks a lot! :-)

my first studio shots as a photographer

so i just got accepted as a studio photographer/clerk at a Superstore Photo Studio. days after that, my sister-in-laws and my friend decided to book an appointment there. all the while i thought my manager was gonna do it. but she said i have to do it because it's a good practice for me. omg! so days before the sitting i was really anxious on how the photos are gonna turn out. but yeah, here they are. hope they're any good. :)
